In order to further improve product efficiency and quality, our company adjusted the original film cutting process to coiling, and installed CCD cameras in the production process to effectively identify and mark the surface defects of the pole pieces. The pole pieces are scrapped after being selected and identified in the winding process. The production efficiency of this improved action has increased from the original 25ppm to the current 30ppm. At the same time, the appearance defects of the pole pieces are effectively controlled compared with the traditional manual visual inspection method, and the product stability and consistency are improved to a greater extent.
